Northern & Central Queensland consists of a talented staff of 42 personnel with expertise in Business Administration and Management, Political Science, Economics, Social Studies, Banking and Finance, qualifications and significant experience as professional Community Work Coordinators and HR.

 "Life. Be in it."  has several regional branches, Bundaberg, Rockhampton, Gladstone, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns and opening soon Darwin all operating under the parent company of Waycage Pty Ltd.  The company has been in operation since 1992 initially providing event and entertainment management.

North Queensland to an extraordinary level through potentiating new business streams and providing intellect, presence and communication skills that have influenced and driven government policy change at senior levels.  Since 1992 John has led "Life. Be in it." North Queensland to successfully winning tenders to provide services to the disabled and long term unemployed of North Queensland.  His ability to plan and coordinate complex and intricate operations has won the company many awards and corporate recognition as a capable organisation regardless of how enormous the task may appear.   He has achieved this through superior operational, financial management, relationship building and issues resolution expertise.  John possesses a sound understanding of the contractual obligations of CDEP, STEP and Work for the Dole and has been invited on numerous occasions to participate in discussion groups regarding new programs and concepts being considered by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations.

Kay's expertise lies in Accounting, Finance and Management, Human Resource, Legal issues & Payroll.  She single-handedly manages the company budget and as a result developed  and implementation  of rock  solid systems, highlighting her talents as a financial administrator.  The company is in a strong financial position due to the rigorous enforcement of these systems and her ability to instil budgetary compliance through excellent levels of communication and documentation.  In the 15 years Kay has been with Waycage Pty Ltd the company has an unsurpassed record with regard to auditing of company financial documentation.  Kay's compliance with company records has been highlighted to other providers by the Department in recognition of her abilities as Finance Director.

 Profile:

Jane Shelton, an internationally renowned Business Advisor, is currently Managing Director of Marshall Place Associates (MPA), the strategic planning think tank for the generation of sustainable prosperity.  Jane has extensive experience in the business sector, having first joined Carroll Partners International in 1989 as Administrative Assistant.  She then took on the role of Business Analyst in 1991 until 1994.  For the next 10 years Jane was Chief Finance Officer for the Horizons Network Pty Ltd, convening the Futures Forum 2121 - Visioning for Australia.    In 2004 Jane was appointed Managing Director of The Horizons Network until 2005 when she took over the helm at Marshall Place Associates as Managing Director. 

Jane is a published author, releasing "No workplace Like Home" in March 2008, an investigation into the options of working from home.  She brings 15 years of knowledge and business acumen to "Life. Be in it." International and her role involves revitalising of the brand and the development of brand partners.
